This bird beak ring is cast in bronze by White River Junction artist  Stacy Hopkins. She merges nature’s intensity into striking forms of jewelry. Her aim is to bring awareness to endangered animals and ecosystems through her art, and she often obtains specimens through collaborations with natural history museums. VINS has provided some of the specimens used for the bird talon and skull casts.
